Yardenne Kagan
Yardenne Kagan serves as an international consultant and project officer at the International Trade Centre (ITC). Her main portfolio at the ITC includes policy research in the areas of cross-border investment, investment facilitation, and digital economy. Prior to joining ITC she worked as a legal researcher for the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment’s focusing on areas of land and agriculture, human rights and investment. Ms. Kagan is an LLM Graduate student from Columbia University in the City of New York. During her LLM year at Columbia Law School, Yardenne focused her scholarship work on sustainable development, responsible business conduct, human rights, and environmental issues. She is a graduate of Tel Aviv University Law Faculty and a member of the Israel Bar Association. As a lawyer, she was a member of HFN Law Firm Capital Markets Department where she advised multinational companies and investment funds with respect to the regulatory aspects of their operation pursuant to significant regulatory framework developments. After her work at HFN, she served as the Trade and Investment Policy Officer of Israel’s Permanent Delegation to the OECD.
