Ms. McNeill is a champion of initiatives to empower women leaders. Her mission is to  women confidence and help them build their skillset to reach their full potential. She is driven to close the gender gap in regards to executive leadership positions.  Ms. McNeill is a keynote speaker for conferences focused on women’s development and regularly coaches and mentors female executives at all levels of their career.

Ms. McNeill currently serves as President & Founder of McNeill Consulting. She works with organizations to minimize the disruption that change can have on process, culture, and people, so they have the ability to fulfill their vision and mission. Ms. McNeill has built her reputation on deep working relationships with companies as small as biotech start ups to vast, Fortune 100 companies that operate globally. She has partnered with well known organizations such as Pfizer, Allergan, Takeda, Shire, CBI Health, UPMC, and Geisinger Health System. Prior to consulting, Ms. McNeill served as Vice President of Strategy for Accounts in the healthcare division of Ogilvy and Mather. She worked at Pfizer for over 13 years where she held several positions of leadership. Her last position at the organization was Lead for Global Operations of the Integrated Health Business Unit. During that role, she won the company wide Innovation Award to develop a proof of concept into a new business unit. Ms. McNeill serves on the Board of Directors for multiple companies. She is the Board Chair and Strategic Advisor for Global PPE.

Ms. McNeill is a graduate Harvard University with a Master’s in Psychology.
