Diwakar Bhattacharya

Diwakar Bhattacharya had a successful corporate career stint. He has played a pivotal role in introducing and establishing several big companies in Uttar Pradesh like Wipro (FMCG ), Johnson & Johnson, Hutch, Max New York Life, Kotak Life Insurance and Maruti. He started his career as a sales officer and moved to the level of General Manager before deciding to hang his corporate boot after fourteen years of job and decided to follow the inner voice of his heart and started his new venture Pankh Eventia an event company. He has a long and vast experience in the field of Event Management and has worked with various National and International Ventures of Lucknow including The Lucknow Literature Festival ( Executive Director ) and Sahayata.

More than anything, Diwakar Bhattacharya is passionate about cultural perseveration and has worked on preserving the legacies of the erstwhile Royal Families of the country. He is also associated with the NGO formed by the royal families – ‘Sahayata’ and is an active participant in their various events ( Sumakha – Royal Lost Recipe ) and endeavours.

Diwakar Bhattacharya is also Master Practitioner NLP and Advance Life Coach and keeps taking session for corporate employees.

Diwakar Bhattacharya is also one of the Director of Curtain Raiser Production which does flagship events under SANGAT which is a Talk show with Maestro of Music and Cinema. To date, they have hosted 3 talk show with personalities like Shubha Mudgal ( Singer ), Vishal Bhardwaj ( Director & Composer ) and Prakash Jha ( Director/ Actor).

Dynamic, Enterprising and creative Diwakar Bhattacharya is now a full-time Filmmaker, the cinematic world is the newfound passion of Diwakar Bhattacharya who shot to instant fame with his short film SUNO – The Unspoken being declared as the Best Short Film in the year 2019 on the red carpet of Filmfare Awards. With that, he is now busy in numerous projects directing Advertisements for corporate, music videos and short films ( Salute, Jump Start, Pepper Spray, Ankahi and many more )

Diwakar Bhattacharya is an avid traveller and foodie. Loves travelling and exploring unexplored places and living life to the fullest. He loves life and life loves him.
