Madhusudhanan Balasubramanian
He is co-founder of an NGO called Talent Quest for India. Completed his MSc Sustainable Entrepreneurship (Non EU/ EEA Scholarship) – 2019-2020 University of Groningen, The Netherlands. He was VP for Operations at the Enactus Student team, SRM University where he Co-founded the campus social enterprise team under ENACTUS Launched an Eco-friendly organic fertilizer produced by rural communities into the market. He ensured quality control through process standardization and setting up an oversight body consisting of commercial and governmental advisors and managed a team of 60 people along with key stakeholders- community members, customers, and vendors.
He worked as Techno-Functional Consultant for Highradius Technologies Ltd. and as Aerospace Design System Engineer at Infosys Limited. At Talent Quest for India he designs training programs for financial literacy and awareness of their rights and has impacted close to 30+ women farmers through the program. He also conducted field study and documented findings for the benefit of the government organization and published a book curating the stories of the field level volunteering activities.
