Ramki has more than 25 years of experience in delivering business, organisational and technology transformation programmes in many sectors with core expertise in the banking & financial sectors, Fintech and Payments sectors.

He is an Agile Coach, Scaled Agile Consultant, Trainer and an Executive Coach with experiences from multiple Agile Implementations in both Financial and Non-Financial Sector. Led transformations of > £10m+. He has specialist skills in Product Management, Portfolio Management, SAFe Implementations apart from regular Digital and Agile Transformations in both large organisations and start-ups. He has worked extensively with firms in the UK, Europe, USA, Singapore and India and is currently Coaching a group of 400 people. He has a strong interest in enabling entrepreneurs, senior leaders, product and technology teams to “BE AGILE” and regularly conducts Webinars, Training and Coaching sessions. In the past one year, Ramki has engaged with 1,000+ people. He also is an alumnus of London Business School, University of Reading, University of Leicester, IIM-Lucknow (India) and Osmania University (India).

Ramki’s hobbies and personal interests include Wine, Walking and Wandering. He has a keen interest in all things diet, activity, sleep and mental health and is a Buddhism / Stoicism sympathiser
