Established and have founded many companies in IT, AV and HR through all the spheres of Top-level management in leadership towards sales, marketing, branding and Innovations.
An extreme diversification towards ‘’Agriculture’’ a decade ago in ‘’Hydroponics/soil-less cultivation and Hi-tech farming ‘’ is driven by a passionate aim at ‘’food and nutritional security’ ’Goals.
Recipient of many awards and recognition as a leader in ‘’soil-less cultivation/Hydroponics’’ motivates me to excel in offering my services towards Training, consulting, advising, mentoring, brand building, product selling, research and development. I am constantly sought after to be a Speaker for seminars/webinars, Representations for boards/forums in Govt/Pvt organizations towards ‘’urban/commercial farming, community/organization building, product creation, design thinking, retailing and innovations.
I am applying this multi-industry experience/expertise to corporatize ‘’Agricultural operations’’ for process and profit making executions.
Also, marching strongly towards sustainable goals, skill development, retailing concepts, Farmers development, process industry and creation of value-added product developments.
My goal is to adapt the ‘’Cuban revolution model’’ for sustainable Farming and viable ‘’Commercial farming’’ based on Digitization using Artificial intelligence. Above all, to promote ‘’Farming as a’’ next-generation profession’’ and to elevate the status of a ‘’Farmer’’ as a Doctor or an engineer.
