Udit is a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of cognate experience in indirect Tax, Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing and has served clients operating in various economic sectors in Canada, India, and Southeast Asia.
Udit has been collaborating with multi-disciplinary middle and senior management teams to provide superior, cutting-edge services to clients and businesses across different industries.
Udit has experience working with Big4 in multiple countries in their multi-cultural & multi-disciplinary practice. In his career, he has worked as a Senior Tax Consultant with Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and S.S Kothari Mehta & Co (Indian top 5 accounting Firm) in their tax teams.
His involvement in various client engagements as team lead/member has guided companies in devising highly competitive business models for profitable business operations.
Udit has done (3 Year) Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University and has done (5 Years) Masters’s Degree from the “Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” (ICAI). Further, he is also an associate member of the ICAI and “The Malaysian Institute of Accountants” (MIA)
Udit enjoys volunteering to help students excel in their life. He has conducted+40 full-day technical sessions and has trained over +2000 students and professionals at his Alma Mater, ICAI.
