Srikanth Acharya is the CEO and Founder of OffiNeeds.com and Co-Founder of EmployeeEngagement.Academy, a leading Indian corporate gifting and custom merchandise company set to revolutionize the seemingly simple concept of corporate gifting. OffiNeeds, which started as Gift Wrapped, was born out of an April Fool’s joke by Srikanth in 2005, while he worked as an engineer at Infosys. As he pranked people into believing that he was going to quit and start a custom merchandise company, the business idea kept getting nuanced in his mind and he decided to execute it.
Today, the corporate gifting solutions company has an impressive clientele, offices in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, and a strong track record of helping HR professionals improve employee engagement for brand building.
A passionate entrepreneur, Srikanth helps companies create Brand Ambassadors out of their employees, customers, and dealers, by being a one-stop solution for corporate gifts, and goodies home-delivered to employees’ doorsteps, new joinee gifts for a happy onboarding, and gift voucher solutions. Srikanth’s brainchild has grown to have a powerhouse catalog of 4000+ products. It also helps set up official white-labeled e-commerce brand stores for clients that sell your company’s branded merchandise, exclusively for your employees or dealers.
An avid learner and enthusiastic traveler, Srikanth is also a business coach for entrepreneurs. Coming from the belief that corporate gifting plays a major role in employee engagement, he has also launched the Employee Engagement Academy, which platforms industry experts for discussions on meaningful and strategic employee engagement. Srikanth conducts weekly LIVE interviews with HR and business leaders discussing how talent can be nurtured and retained happily. He also began The Corporate Gift Show, which shares innovative and exciting corporate gifting ideas every single day and has just crossed the 900 episode milestone.
Srikanth graduated from Visvesvaraya Technological University in 2004 and is based in Bangalore. He’s an adventure junkie who loves to travel and also has a passion for food; loves all kinds of indoor and outdoor sports like trekking, cricket, swimming and badminton. He’s also very active on LinkedIn. And is living with his family in Bengaluru.
