Ms. Siti Nur Nafhatun Awang Tuah has served the Malaysian Government for over 19 years. She predominantly works for MATRADE, the National Trade Promotion Agency for Malaysia, and has extensive experiences in international development, trade and export promotion, and strategic planning. Ms. Siti Nur Nafhatun’s involvement has always been executed with a focus on helping Malaysian businesses expand their reach and succeed in international markets.
As part of MATRADE, Ms. Siti Nur Nafhatun has been at the forefront of promoting international trade, building relationships, and creating platforms for businesses to explore new markets, particularly for Malaysian companies seeking global partnerships. She has been intrumental in pioneering several key development projects, as well as organising flagship events such as International Trade Malaysia (INTRADE), Kuala Lumpur International Trade Forum (KLITF) and Malaysia International Halal Showcase (MIHAS). Her experiences have provided her with firsthand insights into the trends, challenges, and opportunities that shape today’s global trade landscape.
Ms. Siti Nur Nafhatun currently serves as the Vice Consul for Trade in the Consulate General of Malaysia in Mumbai. She also assumes the position of Deputy Trade Commissioner of MATRADE Mumbai.
