Shreyoshi Saha

Shreyoshi is the founder & CEO of ImmerseGo, an experiential Art Integrated Learning (AIL) AI startup offering proprietary art integrated learning modules for age 5- 15 years to develop Life Skills, Values & Thematic Understanding on Gender & Inclusion, Sustainability, Climate change and more through a play based learning method.
With approximately fifteen years of experience in performing arts and as an economist and management consultant working in the space of strategy, policy formulation, impact assessment and end to end programme implementation for public and private sector, she realized the linkages between education, wellbeing and arts have been the weakest in South Asia particularly India.
Having seen first hand the challenges with regards to pedagogy design and impact of art education on skill development in both learners and teachers and the immense possibilities that remain untapped, ImmerseGo was born to solve these challenges and offer cutting edge innovations in education and wellbeing using Arts and thereby meet the UN SDGs through Arts.

Shreyoshi’s desire to contribute to UN SDGs through art based interventions led her to start ImmerseGo, to contribute towards UN SDGs 2030 through Art Integrated Education (AIE) and sustainable livelihood generation. ImmerseGo’s goal is to make AIE accessible to over 3 lakh children & create sustainable livelihood for atleast 30,000 artisans by 2030 & it is working in the realm of addressing the following UN SDGs:
> Goal 1-No poverty
> Goal 3- Good health & wellbeing
> Goal 4- Quality Education
> Goal 5-Gender Equality
> Goal 8 -Decent work & Economic Growth
> Goal 13- Climate Action
> Goal 16-Peace, Justice and strong institutions

These are primarily done by offering skill development and livelihood opportunities for our artisan facilitators and offering art integrated education to children between 5 to 15 years to build life skills, values and understanding of the world.
As part of ImmerseGo, besides the aforementioned, some of the following initiatives have also been undertaken
1. Art for Social Good learning experiences
2. Skill development of artisans
3. AI for social good technology under development being undertaken to enable ImmerseGo platform to support child psychologists, parents and schools to have a seamless selection experience
4. AI/ML for social good technology platform under development to enable learning assessment robust, unbiased and at scale
5. Supporting mental health with art initiatives

She was also the co-founder of a startup KarigarKonnect, which generated livelihood opportunities for Indian artisans by offering capacity development in soft skills, workshop hosting & storytelling for conducting art wellbeing workshops for children & youth in India.

She has been a speaker at different forums on the topic of contribution to SDGs through Art like Creative Bureaucracy Festival Berlin 2021, IGNCA India to name a few

She has been an impact management consultant for several organizations like The Handloom School, India wherein she undertook the digital marketing to enable its launch. She was the Advisor of Mobylitics, an IOT based battery swapping startup contributing towards the mission of environment friendly green mobility. She supported the design of CSR strategy for a global Aviation OEM and she was also the commercial due diligence consultant for an E-waste management startup.

As an Economist and Management Consultant with Deloitte, EY and Govt. of India she has worked extensively in business strategy, commercial due diligence, policy formulation and end to end programme implementation for Government and private sector projects in India, Cambodia, Mauritius, Indonesia to name a few.
