Pruthvi Nanjappa has over 2 decades of experience in Human Resources field in the IT industry across India, APAC and North America regions, where he has worked with large MNC’s like Novell, Intel, Microsoft, ANZ, NESS Technologies and MetricStream.
As a HR leader, Pruthvi is best known for architecting the HR Strategy. As a true all- rounder, he has deep exposure to all key areas of HR including mergers & acquisitions, compensation & benefits, change management and talent management.
Pruthvi is passionate about tech adoption in Human Resources. He has been championing the cause of HR process improvement through technology and innovation. Though he is data-driven in his approach but maintains a unique sense of reasonability. Pruthvi is a science graduate with a PG in management from Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship (XIME). He is an ICF-certified coach.
