I am a Lean practitioner and an expert trainer of the International Labor Organization’s (ILO) SCORE Program. SCORE stands for Sustaining Competitiveness & Responsible Enterprises which is based on the concepts of LEAN. SCORE programs dwell mostly on SDG 8, 9, 12 & 5. Supply chains of large corporates have incorporated the SCORE program in their effort of collaboration as part of sustainable procurement (12.7).
Currently, I am collaborating with AMAZON in their supply chain in India. The program aims at improving workplace cooperation with the objective of engaging employees and tapping their creative ideas to solve day-to-day problems. This program has impacted the MSME(s) in improving their productivity, being more competitive, and thereby growing the organization which eventually generates employment. Working conditions are made conducive to diversified groups of different gender, migrants, etc.
