Muralidhar Started in Delhi as a Recruiter with a Global Headhunting company and quickly moved to Corporate roles in Hyderabad in 2001 and very quickly grown to Manager role at his young times in CSC hyderabad. He ahs seen growth of the company from 50th employee to 3000+ employee company in his tenure. He is instrumental in this growth and strategy. He has moved from there to Genpact in 2007 and spent 10yrs and growth from a Sr. Mangaer to Global TA Head handling APAC, EUROPE & Americas. He is instrumental in Mergers and Aquistions whle his tenure with Genpact. Muralidhar then started Shenzyn to create an impact to Diversity workforce and continue to handle with 500+ customers in his plate impacting them.
