Himanshu Sekhar Ojha

A strategic HR professional and a business consultant for two decades, Himanshu Shekhar Ojha has proven expertise in designing and executing projects in various areas in Change Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Experience, Organization Design and Development, and HR Transformation.

Mr. Ojha has worked in IT & Telecom, 3rd party BPO, Manufacturing and Financial services. He was in leadership role in HR for eight years before venturing into business consulting. In last six years year he has designed and executed projects in various domains in Strategic HRM for a wide-range of clients in India and the United Kingdom. Through a combination of business acumen and longstanding multi-industry market knowledge he has built and managed sustainable client relationships acting as a trusted advisor for C-level.

As the Head of HR for Aadhar Housing Finance Limited (AHFL), Himanshu spearheaded the growth of a company of 65 people to an organization of more than 3000 people spread across the country resulting in one of the most iconic brands in Financial Services industry in India; a testimony to his hands-on experience in designing and implementing HR strategy in tandem with the business strategy. He led the merger between AHFL and Vysya; this merger is touted as one of the most difficult and complex mergers in the annals of mergers & acquisitions in the financial sector in India

In the past, Mr. Ojha has executed projects and assignments in Riyadh, London and Dubai. He has delivered guest lectures in various B-schools in Mumbai and Delhi; he has spoken at national level seminars of NIPM at various occasions. A prolific writer on LinkedIn, Mr. Ojha has an MBA from Warwick Business School and a PGDBM from KJ Somaiya Institute, Mumbai. He featured in the most prestigious “MBAs to Watch “list by Poets & Quants. This list, published every year, mentions 135 MBAs from across the world, from top 50 b-schools, for their talent and their potential of creating a niche for themselves such that this list is considered very sacrosanct by the world of business education.
