Mr. Sastry with his multilingual proficiency & organisational skills has 24+ years’ of experience in Administration and Management of formal and non-formal academic programmes and related services like Student affairs, Training and Placement & Industry Engagement.
Before joining SRM in 2021, he has worked in the top Universities of India such as KIIT, SRM, LPU,Chitkara & this is his second innings at SRM.
Sastry is putting to use his varied experience in his present position as the Director-Career Centre (encompassing Placement Office and the Career Development Centre) of SRM Institute Of Science & Technology for all four campuses.
He believes in Developing and implementing strategies aiming to promote the organization’s mission and voice, working for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the management. Building an effective team of leaders by providing guidance to his team members.
