Don Williams is CEO of Princeton Holdings International, Princeton Healthcare Inc., and Princeton Technologies International, advisory firms which specialize in financing and developing Healthcare and Infrastructure initiatives, globally. As a global solutions provider, Mr. Williams directs, and manages a Global Team of Professionals which support healthcare and technology initiatives, for Princeton, as well as for international companies and governmental agencies that are looking to develops Healthcare and Infrastructure Projects, which are innovative and sustainable. Princeton has conducted business on five continents including North America, South America, Africa, Asia and Europe. Princeton is based in the Atlanta, Georgia, USA area and has a satellite office in Sao Paolo, Brazil.
As CEO of Princeton, Mr. Williams engineered the first sale of technology and equipment and structured finance to the West African nation of Cote D’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) that was underwritten by the Export-Import Bank of the United States. He has since completed numerous construction, equipment, and financing transactions in Asia, Africa, and recently in Latin America, and is now regarded as a leading authority in U.S. exports, for trade and financing for emerging markets.
Princeton’s financing achievements in Asia, and Africa, which lead to a receipt of a special award from the U.S. Department of Commerce. Over the last few years, Mr. Williams has developed the investment banking strategy, and orchestrated the merger of a leading Biotech Firm in South Korea with a US Public Company. Most recently, under the leadership of Mr. Williams and the Princeton Team, was Chief Advisor to the acquisition of a major Hospital System in Brazil and a publicly traded company, and most recently creating the financing for a major healthcare development initiative in China.
Williams was Vice-Chair and currently serves as Advisor to the United States Department of Commerce’s Industry Sector/ Advisory Committee (ITAC9) on international trade for Small/Medium-Sized Firms. This is the US Government’s top governmental advisory committee for small/medium sized businesses. Mr. Williams has been in this advisory role for over 20 years. Mr. Williams also serves as a Board Director for the World Trade Center for Atlanta, a global commerce organization with
affiliates in over 100 countries. Additionally, Mr. Williams also serves as a Board Advisor to Georgia State University International Board, and was formerly appointed Board Director to the Corporation’s Board at Northeastern University, in Boston for the period of 2014-2018.
Williams was selected by former President Jimmy Carter to be a Member of the Board of Councilors of the Carter Center in Atlanta, the human rights institute founded by the former President, and served in the capacity during the years 2010-2018, and currently serves as an Ambassador to the Carter Center.
Most recently, Mr. Williams has been elected as Vice Chairman of Beijing Huyuantai Investment Holdings LTD, which is an infrastructure development firm based in Beijing and Tianjin, China.
Mr. Williams holds a Bachelors Degree from Boston University and a Masters in Management from Northeastern University, Graduate School of Engineering. He is a graduate of Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business, Executive Marketing & Business Program.
Mr. Williams currently holds a part time Adjunct Professor faculty position in International Business at one of the top universities in Atlanta, Georgia.
