With over 20 years of experience as senior research scientist in the Aerospace(ISRO) & Defence(DRDO) R&D organizations, he has multi-disciplinary leadership experiences in product design and development, mass production, quality assurance, technology transfer areas from weapons & ammunitions, satellites launch vehicles, satellites and human spaceflight program. Published several of his research works in national & international conferences & journals.
He was involved with the projects such as design & development of indigenous Cryogenic stage of GSLV Mk-II and MK-III launch vehicle which proudly made India as the 5th Country in the world to master this advanced technology, lunar missions such as Chandrayaan-2 & 3 projects, India’s first solar mission i.e., Aditya L1 project, Mars orbiter mission in which India became the first country to insert its satellite around mars in very first attempt, he was one among the 23 scientists selected by Chairman ISRO to start the Gaganyaan Project – Nation’s first manned spaceflight program in year 2018 and later he worked in the same project as one of the senior project manager. Apart from these he had worked in a number of national & international satellite projects.
He was in a pivotal role for the technology transfer initiatives and was an active project member for the establishment of multi-million USD worth aerospace component Manufacturing Assembly Integration and Testing (MAIT) facilities through private industry partners in India for the productionisation of aerospace precision components of ISRO.

He mentored a number of aerospace & defence start-ups in their engineering product design, development and operation activities, human resources management, budget management, investment pitching and raising funds for their projects , provided guidance to them in interfacing with govt. and regulatory agencies to obtain approvals/permissions for their project. He was involved with the project with net value of INR 1000Cr.

Aerospace and Aviation Sector Skill Council (AASSC) is the apex skill development body in the emerging Aerospace and Aviation sector. It is one of the 36 Sector Skill Councils formed as an Industry- led Section-8 (Non-Profit Organization) under the aegis of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE). Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) acts as the line ministry and one of the primary stakeholders in AASSC through its Governing Council. The promoters of the company are Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Bangalore Chamber of Industries & Commerce (BCIC) and Society of Indian Aerospace & Defence Technologies & Industries( SIATI).
He is involved in the operation activities, business development and skill development activities at AASSC for the preparation of skill framework and training modules in consultation with national and international aerospace and aviation industries/govt agencies such as NCVET/NSDC/SSI, etc. to meet the A&D industry skill demands, interaction with the CEOs and Mid / Senior Management level officials of Aerospace & Aviation Industries, training institutions, academy & research Institutes and state/ central governments agencies. Execution of MoUs, CSR funded activities & govt financial assistance schemes for MSMEs/SSIs/Acidemias in aviation & aerospace sectors.
