Working with young and matured startup teams across the new age industries, to enhance business performance through unlocking people’s potential. He draws upon his 25 years of experience to help create & deliver startup agendas and not just programs. He has been able to weave outcomes of his accelerator and incubation programs into the formal & informal fabric of the company and have a track record of landing startup initiatives into big organizations.
He has been working on over 10 different startups and all of them have a fair share toward sustainability. In the past also, he has contributed in removal of pesticides from ground water, clean capturing and disposal of refrigerants, reduction in use of mercury for illumination, optimization of heat energy from boilers and reuse of disposed water from washing machines in urban and semi-urban cities. Now, motivating very young kids for implementing strategic and low cost solutions for saving over 33% of drinking water at homes. Practical innovations is key to reach the SDGs.
