This mindfully drives our heartfelt commitment in the direction of our executive coaching, speaking, and training opportunities to help you expand, emerge, and evolve as brave, agile, impactful, and courageous future-ready leaders.

We work with SME’s; Government Institutions such as the European Union in area of leadership coaching and development; and MNC’s in a variety of industries such as Novartis, Givaudan, Club Med, Total, Thales, L’Oreal, in the areas of wisdom/mindset, resilience, and executive presence. Our 40 years of experience is from elite sport (figure skating) as director and choreographers of multi-million dollar touring and stationary events in both entertainment and sport. eg. Closing Ceremonies of the ’88 Calgary Olympics.

Our unique nomadic leadership solutions, models, and processes derive from our study of the ancient wisdom, behaviors, and qualities of the semi-nomadic cultures in Mongolia, Maasai in Kenya, and Berbers of Morocco and are interwoven with contemporary organisational culture.
