    She is an executive and leadership coach and consult with organizations to develop leadership programs for excelling during transformations, dealing with ambiguity, and productively navigating across a wide range of organizational challenges. Her passion is to help people achieve their personal best. She loves to work with ambitious professional women from around the world who want to advance in their careers and love what they do. Leveraging her own experience from senior-level leadership roles spanning across corporations, industries, and global regions, she guides and empowers women to drive their own successful career transformation. She is passionate about making the world a better place and being a change-maker on a global scale – that is why she has been involved in writing the United Nations Sustainability Development Goals Corporate Guidebook series with the Sherpa Institute.

    She has extensive experience that spans industries, global regions, and the full cycle of human resource functions. She has held senior-level and executive roles at Fortune 500 multi-national industry leaders. For over 25 years, She has coached, guided, mentored, and trained executives, senior leaders, and professionals to identify their strengths, expand their skills and agility beyond their expectations, advance their leadership capabilities, achieve career aspirations, and deliver on organizational targets. She has been a key leader in the global implementations of new technologies and business practices in response to changes in customer expectations, anticipated market variations, and legal regulatory compliance requirements; the ongoing development of a diverse global workforce; organizational leadership changes; shifts in organizational structures; and merger & acquisition integrations. She earned a Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Binghamton University School of Management.

    She has traveled extensively and worked with global stakeholders in over twenty countries across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, the Americas, and Asia. She is on Boards and engaged in a variety of volunteer and community activities, in addition to enjoying tennis and golf whenever possible.
