Madhusmita Nayak is an engineer by qualification, certified Business Excellence Professional and a Registered Organization Excellence Specialist based out of UAE . She has more than 13 years of experience in leading Organizational Excellence assessments for more than 50 companies from diversified sectors and industry wide including government, semi-government and private firms in UAE and internationally. Her passion and intention for continuous improvement has facilitated breakthrough performance for the organizations she worked for including renowned private and government organizations in Dubai. She volunteers her skills and time for renowned Quality, Business excellence, women empowerment and award associations in UAE and internationally with a conviction to create awareness of Quality among Women and Young Minds in the society at large.
