After R. SCHUMANN traineeship in European Parliament, founded first boutique consulting on strategic and internalization development of Italian SME.

In 2017 he founded further Consulting MEDITERRANEO LAB 4.0 Srl, for the digital transformation of SME.

He works as an innovation manager and transfer technologist for SME and industries.

M.L. 4.0 in 2019 became an Innovative Startup and in 2020 deposited patent (UIBM, then PCT at WIPO) on “method for traceability in blockchain for skills, agile workflow and welfare benefits with a sharing economy logic”.

He loves to design innovative and disruptive business models with blockchain & A.I. technology and facilitates the matching of innovation players in the International Ecosystem.
