As a leader, I believe in fostering every child, every human being in a free and unconstrained atmosphere. It is important to make sure that they feel relaxed and don’t overdo it. We want to cultivate them to be self-motivated and independent. Let us try not to raise them into perfect bonsai trees, but rather strong towering that grow freely in nature, deeply rooted in the earth and reaching for the sky.
