#Brand10000SMEs is a mission to help small businesses grow and create jobs by providing them with greater access to education, collaboration, domestic and national market, capital, and business support services.
Through the mission, SMEs will gain practical skills across topics such as financial statements negotiation, marketing, employee management, digital transformation, technology roadmapping, research and development, product and project management and gain the tools to develop a customized business plan for growth.
Through the mission, SMEs will have opportunities to learn from other small business owners, receive expert advice from business professionals, get one-on-one business advising, and join a national network of entrepreneurs following graduation.
The #Brand10000SMEs focuses on practical skills that small business managers can immediately put into action within their company. Over the course of the mission, small business owners will gain the skills needed to recognize new opportunities, embrace practices that increase business growth and ultimately develop a customized growth plan for their business.
The program is organized into nine modules and four nudge geared around small business management training, each of which includes classroom/ online discussion, peer learning exercises, skill building and experiential applications. Classroom/ online activities are complemented by an integrated portfolio of business services, including: one-on-one business advice, legal and financial nudge, and networking opportunities.
