It has come to our notice that some unscrupulous persons have been issuing fraudulent offers, fake letters etc, inter alia, seeking money from the members of the public, using the name of Confederation of Indian Entrepreneurs, Confederation of Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and/or its popular brands. These persons have been falsely impersonating the officers of the Company and unauthorisedly using the Company’s name, brand name, brand content, brand images, council member etc., as follows:

Events & Appointment as member : Fraudulent offers are being made to become a member of the Company. The offer letters are in the name of “Confederation of Indian Entrepreneurs, Confederation of Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises ” and are using the Company’s well-known name “CIE/CIMSME“. At present, the fraudsters are using the fake LinkedIn & Facebook accounts in the name “Confederation of Indian Entrepreneurs, Confederation of Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises “.

Investments for Business Expansion Plans: Fraudulent have raised funds in the name of the “Confederation of Indian Entrepreneurs”, impersonating the group companies’ names, to various entities promising large gain and fake promises.

Donations for Activities: Fraudulent messages are being issued in the name of “Confederation of Indian Entrepreneurs, Confederation of Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises“, impersonating the name of the Company, to various entities promising large money as donations for their activities.
