V. Sriram Kumar is a seasoned professional with a distinguished 30-year career, including over two decades of experience in Administration and Facilities at FANUC India. As the General Manager, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s operations and ensuring efficient administrative functions. Mr. Kumar’s expertise extends beyond his corporate responsibilities, reflecting a deep passion for nature, conservation, sustainability, and social and community initiatives.
At FANUC India, Mr. Kumar also leads Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Corporate Communications, driving efforts to integrate sustainable practices and social outreach within the company’s operations. His commitment to these causes is evident in his active participation and leadership roles in various community and environmental projects.
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Kumar has been actively involved with the Electronics City Industries Association (ELCIA) for over a decade. In his current role as President, he spearheads numerous initiatives designed to support member companies, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. During his tenure at ELCIA, he has led the Infrastructure and Sustainability Committees, as well as various special projects. Notably, he played a key role in establishing the Electronics City Skill Development Center (ESDC), a significant initiative aimed at enhancing the skill set of the local workforce.
Mr. Kumar’s dedication to community service extends to his role as a Trustee in the ELCIA Trust, where he contributes to various social welfare initiatives. He is also a nominated member of the Electronics City Industrial Township Authority (ELCITA), the governing body responsible for managing the township’s infrastructure and services.
