Founded in 2015, True Complexion is a community platform that promotes diversity and inclusion while spreading the message of acceptance, empathy and empowerment. The platform uses storytelling to highlight individuals living with disabilities, rare diseases, chronic illnesses and mental health issues.
Under True Complexion, she interacts with a community that is 7,000 strong through social media and physical events, such as our main fund-raiser ALIVE! FESTIVAL. She also worked with the Global Entrepreneurship Movement on a podcast series featuring entrepreneurs with disabilities that has been listened to over 440,000 times.
She has given talks and workshops to up to 1,500 people for brands like TEDxKL and CIMB Bank, and performed on stages in front of more than 3,000 people per event. In 2020, She was in a campaign by IT Cosmetics, which was seen in Sephora in Singapore and Malaysia.
As a result of her advocacy, public speaking, workshops and content creation, teenagers and adults have a safe space to overcome their mental and emotional blocks and insecurities, harness their strengths and uniqueness, and cultivate self-love and self-confidence. The tools she gives all will help eliminate the limiting beliefs that have held you back and kept you small in the past, and support you in making tangible changes in your mindset, behavior, and actions so you can move forward with courage, confidence, and passion.
With her help, her clients have developed campaigns that reflect the diverse communities that the company serves, reach new audiences, and resonate better with people from different backgrounds. She assists them in achieving positive brand positioning and social change in the marketplace by transforming their messaging and promoting inclusive beauty and body diversity.

As a result of my advocacy, public speaking, and training programs, teenagers and adults have a safe space to overcome their insecurities and mental health issues, tap into their strengths and uniqueness, and cultivate unshakable self-confidence.
With clarity, conviction, an effective toolbox, and a support system, individuals can take what they learn and translate it into repeatable actions that help them achieve their desired results. The mindset, skills, and knowledge I share can free them from the past and lead them to make changes that create a future full of possibilities.
