Mechanical Engineer by Profession, have a rich experience of Design and Manufacturing of Heavy Duty Industrial Tools since 1984. With about 5 years of work Experience in 1989, at the age of 25, ventured into setting up own Business manufacturing Impact Sockets and Accessories for Automotive and Engineering Assembly segment. With 5 years of successful launch and acceptance of our Tools in India, mustered the courage with moral support from my Elder Brother to venture into Exports, it was a move motivated by a strong emotion that we are doing something for the Country, in hindsight this was a major Game changer in my Life. I started from Dubai as it was easiest approachable market and my Brother was having some work experience in Dubai and was already Exporting Indian Spices. I’m so happy to share that our Products from India found acceptance and our foray into Exports grew from strength to strength from 1995 till date.

In fact, since 2011 we started branching out Worldwide starting from Dubai and over these years have own Branches in Oman, AbuDhabi, USA and Australia and Joint Ventures at Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Germany besides Distributors in various countries.

Apart from Product Design and Manufacturing facilities in Mumbai, India we ventured into Onsite Engineering Services to Refineries, Oil and Gas Industry, Wind Energy and Power sectors. We take up Onsite jobs for Torque Controlled Bolting, Onsite Pipe cutting and Machining, Retubing of Boilers and Heat Exchangers, Line Stopping and Line Freezing, Hot Tapping etc.

Our Product range consists of –

• Hydraulic Torque Wrenches
• Hydraulic Bolt Tensioners
• Onsite Coldcutting machines
• Electric Torque wrenches
• Hydraulic Pumps
• Tube Expanders, Tube installation and Retubing Tools.

I’m 57 years of age and married to Jaya and have two kids aged 23 and 21. Have done my AMIE Mechanical Engineering from the Institution of Engineers India and along with my Wife completed a weekend Executive Management Program at Shailesh J Mehta School of Management at IIT, Mumbai in 2014-2015. It was quite interesting and helpful.

Looking back I’m glad that growing from humble beginnings, as a group at Tritorc we have done well.

For us at Tritorc and me as Founder we are glad that the Development was Sustainable and Continuous as we always had an Entrepreneurial and Fearless mindset which helped us to keep venturing into uncharted territories every other year which kept the Development process continuous and this made it Sustainable. I feel if we aren’t Growing and Expanding it’s tough to Sustain same position. Timely and Careful, Innovation and new Market Development made it Sustainable Growth.

Having a Family Ambition from my Late Father, one of the two boys in the Family had to be an Engineer. This Aspiration helped me pursue my Mechanical Engineering by correspondence while working. I’m so grateful to my family for supporting and encouraging me to complete Engineering in spite of the fact that I already had my own Business by the time I completed the course slowly but surely over 8 years.

The Executive Management Program Fine tuned my Leadership skills and made me a People person.

In 2014 I also joined an Entrepreneur group at Ascent which Facilitates about 10 Entrepreneurs to meet every month and have a peer group learning and sharing experience. This journey in last 8 years has been very enriching.

In 2018 attended Unleash Your Power Within a 5 days Self Development program in Los Angeles, California by Super Coach Tony Robbins. This was again a Game Changer and gave me Powerful Self Belief. Post this program also attended his Business Mastery Program and later since 2019 signed up for Personal Coaching with one of his Master Coaches. I’m so glad I did this and continuing the Coaching. It is so important for my Sustainable Personal Growth which is so important for Sustainable Business Growth.

During Lockdown as a group, we had our Core Teammates across all regions get trained on the Scaling Up Program by Verne Harnish a Harvard Professor. Scaling Up has a format in which we have to conduct our business with emphasis on Rockefeller Habits and Meeting Rhythms to Sustain and Grow our Business to a Big Hairy Audacious Goal. We have given ourselves a 10X Growth Goal in next 4-5 years. Let’s Pray and Hope for the Best.

How will you demonstrate your commitment to support in achieving short- and/or long-term global alliances’ goals? : With over 38 years of Rich Experience, I feel it’s time I Give back to Society and share my knowledge and skills with Young Entrepreneurs by way of Coaching and Mentoring. I’m aware this would take commitments of my time and effort and am willing to do so. I’m now based out of Houston, Texas and would be available between 9 am to 9 pm Houston time. Thanks
