    I am an Early growth stage Investment Professional, Business Scalability & Operations Excellence Expert and a Sales Consultant focusing on Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) & Startups. Currently, heading Institutional Sales & Strategic Alliances at Hem Securities Ltd., advising companies on raising funds in the startup and SME space.

    Previously heading Investor Relations & Strategic Alliances at ah! Ventures, I was responsible for creating a strong network of Venture Partners across regions. As an Associate Director at A&A Business Consulting and Indian Institute of Learning and Development. I was responsible for Profit Centre Management for Mumbai & Delhi location for the Business Consulting practice, Client Acquisition and managed Operations, driving the group towards profitability.

    I have advised around 2000 small businesses and startups on fundraising, improving operating margins and driving profitability. My expertise lies in the areas of Business Strategy, Operations Management, Financial MIS, Review of Systems & Processes and fundraising. 300+ such businesses were able to double their growth year on year, rest at an average growth rate of 30% increase in their topline.

    As a founding member of a Training & Consulting firm, I was involved in scaling up the business from a 4-member team to 400 employees and revenues of more than 15 Cr for 2 locations in a span of 18 months.

    In the capacity of a mentor, I helped entrepreneurs execute their ideas in businesses, formulating go-to-market strategies, launching profitable products & markets and ensuring they work on sustainable business models.

    My expertise is hired by businesses that want to scale up, manage risk, reduce the cost of funding their growth and grow more than the industry benchmark.
