Lisa Cashmore

As an influential and energetic community specialist known for inspiring successful national and international relationships, She has built upon over a decade of cross-sector experience helping organizations commercialize across global markets. She is currently the Vice President of Start and Scale at Communitech, a Canadian organization based in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario that helps technology companies start, grow and succeed.

She is also a proud Board Member at the Accelerator Centre in Waterloo, Ontario. She has been fortunate to be listed as one of the top 80 women and non-binary people in Canada to follow.

Leadership is her work passion. Parenting is her privilege. She takes care of her team at work and her team at home with energy and commitment.
