Leadership Coaching for a Japanese automobile giant using psychometric profiling and one to one coaching for performance excellence  Collaborated with Adani Group in designing and delivering learning roadmap for the entire organization across executive, middle and senior management. The learning road map was for 5 years.

Behavioral Skill Building – Have conducted over 500 programs on behavioral skill-building programs for middle and senior management across geographies.

Facilitated Service Orientation programs, Service Strategy and Train the Trainer for Service Champions for Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Ltd. This intervention was aimed at creating a complete rehaul of the customer service system, process and experience. The impact of this program has been a higher percentage of customer retention, lesser walk-ins and higher referrals through existing customers.
